This visualization shows the coverage map for selected experimental conditions. Conditions are automatically recognized based on the naming conventions specified under the Input data section. The data for visualization are first selected and filtered via the Sidebar. The appearance - amino acids per line, sizes, color, addition of structural elements and domains, sorting of conditions - can be adjusted via the Settings menu that is open upon right-clicking in the visualization area.
