processingintro
Data processing in DigDig can be divided into two paths. One includes cleavage (coverage) maps and redundancy plots and the other analysis of cleavage preferences and peptide length distribution (these are represented by the tabs at the top of the program window). The first group is always related to individual protein sequence while the second one can be done for individual protein, groups of proteins or all identified proteins. Therefore, the left part of the program window is highly similar (or even identical) for cleavage map and redundancy plot and then for cleavage preferences and peptide length distribution.
