processinglengths
The analysis of peptide length distribution provides additional insight behind the Average peptide length value. As in the Preferences analysis, the data can be extracted for one protein, set of proteins, or all identified proteins. Different digestion conditions (denaturation, different proteases, digestion times, enzyme:protein ratios, etc.) can be easily compared.
