The appearance of the plot can be changed through right-clicking on it, similarly as described for Cleavage map. The Numbering and Data series windows are similar to what is described in the above section.
Within the Design window, the user can change the width and style of the mean line (average redundancy) and the band width and connector line. Also, colors can be changed using pre-defined schemes or to any user-selected variant. The Scale field enables changing the limits of the x- and y-axis. User can also change the Title of the plot.
