settingslengths

The settings dialogue is triggered by a right-click in the graph area.

The Design field enables setting the graphics elements of the bar plot and is described in the section above. The Title can be changed in the field at the top of the window.

Sorting, renaming, or removing the conditions can be done in the Data series section on the right side of the settings window.

Fields Axes and Bins serve to adjust the graph binning, set the upper length limit, and normalize the y-axis. The red marks in the Bins area are removed by clicking on them. Similarly, the new position is set by clicking back on the axis. Left double-clicking the first red mark sets the bin width and automatically completes the bin layout.

The Bin widths under the Axes field toggles between identical bin width (All same) or Proportional, which reflects the bin width. By default, the bin positions are placed symmetrically, so switching this field has no effect. However, if you change the bins to non-proportional, e.g. 1-5, 6-15, 16-20, >25, then the 6-15 will be shown much wider (reflecting the actual width) if the Proportional option is selected.
